Here is some background info on this situation prior to the dream.

I am 23 years old and I am single. Back in high school there was a girl whom I shared a couple classes with and had a huge crush on. I was shy in high school so I didn’t talk a lot. But I would always catch her looking at me during class then she would look away. I would do the same to her, so before our Christmas break of our senior year she suggested we get together and do something. Well we would always flirt then in to spring semester we both became attracted to each other and we went out once to our Senior Banquet and had a blast together then after school was out we both kind of went our separate ways and went away to college. I worked a lot during high school as well as played sports. Well 4 years have passed and this summer I ran into her at school while I was on my way to my class and we stopped and talked for a bit. We both said by and she said she hoped she would see me again soon. We saw each other a few more times over the summer at school but every time we were both headed in different directions and were busy. The last time I saw her was in july and I was heading to class and she was returning a book and we talked for a few minutes and then she was like you better head to class now so I went to my class so I wouldn’t be late. I haven’t talked or seen her since then. I began to have a crush on her again this summer.

But these dreams I had this past week just seem really strange.



Here is what happened in my dream #1


I had a dream recently that I was dating this girl I went to high school with. We were on our first date and we had dinner and chatted about things in our lives then went for a walk then went to my house watched a movie and chatted more then we kissed. Then I took her home.

Dream#2 night after I had dream #1

We went out for our second date and had dinner then went for a long walk in a park and sat down and chatted about everything then she starts talking about how she likes me a lot and how she thinks that we should start living together. I kept avoiding that and then we switched topics and on the way home she brought it up again and I said something like well yeah maybe we will see.

One possibility, you are projecting that the girl likes you but was in fact giving you the brush off when she told you in reality that you had better get to your class.

Another possibility is that you have been giving her the brush off and are a bit afraid of some kind of committment.

I think the dream was your way of processing all this info and trying to sort out your relationship with the girl. Perhaps you could send her a note or an email and just ask how things are going and see if it leads anywhere.
