I had a dream when i took a nap that disturbed me,this one was different,in my other dreams usually people talk to me and I am silent

In this dream from what i remember was that my cousin died (in her 40"s) almost the same age as me?????? and than after she died there was cat feces left in a box tipped over ready almost to spill out.....i told my doctor(smiling) this and i was laying on a table and he was looking at the scar i has from a c-section and he said isnt she the one who had a c-section also...you didnt need here anyway..and he was happy?????
than her mother died my aunt because i think she felt she belonged there instead of here??????

i had a dream a week ago about my ex talking to my son in jealously asking him what time id be home,by numbers,and my son was silent,i was in the background(in back of my son) ---i didnt like this either




i dont think they are connected but i thought id mention it as they are the last two dreams that stood out

especially todays

which left me with such an scared eary feeling.
