I have noticed that I have been having a dream or two that has reoccured over the years. It's feels almost like deja vu but it occurs only in my dreams. I wake up from the dream having remembered having the same dream before but it's like it continues from when I woke up before, having been many years ago.

Anyone else ever had this happen or can make sense of this?

At the moment I can't remember what the dreams are exactly as I am trying to figure out some other dreams but I am just curious if others have expereniced this.

That happens to me a lot, sometimes I remember during the dream and know where to go to see certain events or places. I think it just means you have a good subconscious memory, maybe you have a good memory of events in your day to day life too?
