Can someone please help me decode this dream?

I'm in my living room when suddenly I look over to my staircase and I see a person coming up the stairs. I try to duck, but the person shoots me .. I close my eyes and I guess I am "dying".. upstairs, my mom, dad, and brothers all see me and are all questioning whether I am dead. They all kill themselves, but then all of a sudden, I'm fine and I'm not dying anymore. I run up to them and start telling them I'm alive and for them to wake up but they are all dead. Suddenly, I am somewhere else on a dock with one of my friends when all of a sudden I realize it's gonna blow up so I jump off just as it is blowing up. Someone please tell me what this means=(

Dreaming of death and dying usually refers to something in your life that has changed or is changing. Whatever it is, you have gotten over the transition, perhaps easier than the rest of the family.
