I know its been a while since I've been on the site. So much has happened since I last logged on. I hope all is well with all you people out here and my life is finally resolving itself and I am able to find some stability. I don't dream as often as I used to so that is one major reason why I haven't been online for this long, of course I can log on to share my views but I guess I was just too lazy.

Anyhow, I had this dream which had me stumped. Not that it didnt make sense kind of stumped but mainly because this is the second time I have had a dream about a friends mother and trying to communicate with her through the telephone.
Help me figure this one out please:

I dreamt about a friend of mine who I haven't seen in months and he called me asking me to buy some flowers for his mother but he didn't have the address the flowers had to be delivered to except the suburb name which I guessed at. It was the name of the suburb I grew up in. I asked him to give me the phone number and I would find out the address. He does give me the phone number but I can't remember what it is except for the number 9 in it and I think it was quite a struggle to get the number as well either because of the static on the phone or that I could not understand what he was sayng. He kept teling me that they had to be delivered on time and I told him that a friend of mine is a flourist and she would get it delivered by 7:30 in the evening for sure so he needn't worry about it.

I think communication in dreams is one of the few straight forward symbols, in that it usually represents communication in your waking life. Perhaps the dream suggests you might like to get in touch with your past or your roots?
