The two friends were not the same two women that appeared in your house later? Who do these strange women remind you of?

The impression I got was that your friends in the front lawn knew something was up with the tree, but didn't say anything to you. Then when they entered the safety of your house, the tree became a destructive storm. Do these two friends hide things from you, i.e., keep secrets? Do they then let you take the blame for anything?

I liked the part about the roof coming off and the sky wasn't there. Have you encountered something in your current life where the truth or problem was revealed and things didn't seem to be the way you thought they were?
