a bloody banana? i don't know either...

i remember being trapped in either a mental asylum or a nursing home, and someone handed me a banana, and i took a bite, and it didn't taste very good so i look down and there's blood in it. so, needless to say, i freaked out and threw it on the ground.

To me, this indicates that you are either in or have been in an emotionally exhausting relationship, most likely a sexual one. I'm not sure of your gender, but the banana could be a phallic symbol. The blood could be a symbol for passion (blood is red, and hot), or draining of the emotions.
