well last night i had a dream that one of my best friends killed someone, and i was a witness. the whole time i was contemplating telling the police and i finally did. it was a violent death, i remember a knife and a lot of blood, but i barely know the victim and have no ill will towards them.

the second dream i had, i was getting a hotel room and my grandma was with me and i left her downstairs on accident. then i watch as she tried to make it up the stairs herself, and almost fell (shes 92) after that i saw her with her walker but it wasn't a walker anymore it was a scooter, and she went pretty fast and then fell. sounds sort of funny, but it was terrifying because i'm so close to her.

could someone please try to elaborate on these dreams, especially the second one

In the first dream, you witness a killing. Do you remember the victim at all? Perhaps the victim represents a part of yourself that you'd like to be rid of. Or the victim represents someone in reality that you'd like to be rid of ( not literally of course). It could be something about the person you dont like, a part of their personality you wish they didn't own.

I think the second dream is about a real fear and concern for your grandma's safety and well-being. Has she been in ill health lately or fallen? If so, you may have pushed aside those fears but they caught up with you in dreams.
