I'm putting warm scarves around my neck. It's cold. A man, also putting a scarf around his neck says actors do this for an impression. They even have different names for the way they wear scarves. "Sammy Davis Jr. wore a roll. It was a long scarf that hung down and resembled dredlocks." I wrap the scarf around my neck and then I'm driving through icy and wet slush. Over a mound and coming out another way are a family on mopeds. They fall over but see they are OK. I drive along and at another patch of snowy slush is a small child. She is crying and has fallen off her moped. I stop while the other family members make their way over to us. The child is physically OK but I offer assistance. The mother says "Yes" and asks me to call her husband.

The scene changes and now I'm at their home. The snowy slush is gone, replaced with grass and spring time weather. The woman keeps trying to give me a number to call her husband but she stops with the first three digits 555. Her mother-in-law is here and hands me a green colored bible with the number pasted on paper on the cover that reads 555-666. I proceed to peel the pasted paper off and she gets frantic. She has a weapon of some sort made of thin steel and shaped like an oval on a handle and starts to hit me on the head with it. I run into the house, followed by the rest of the family. Now we witness a big animal like a wolverine chasing a bobcat through the house. We hear them run down a hallway and hear the muffled cry of the bobcat ast it gets attacked.

The dream takes on the feel of a movie or play as the husband shows up. He resembles British Prime Minister Tony Blair. The scene switches again and Tony and the wife are now sitting behind a desk in front of an audience. They discuss marriage as if they are not married yet. He is reluctant until she promises sex every day. "In that case, Yes!" he proclaims as laughter comes from the audience.

Don't TV shows and movies in Amercia always have phone numbers that begin 555, you know when someone reads out a phone number in the story they always say, '555...' to begin with so they don't actually give out a real phone number in a movie?

You're right. I didn't make that connection. They use that number so it won't match a person's home phone number and 555 is the numbers used when dialing for information. At least that is how it was when I was a kid.

The 666 is associated with the book of revelations and Satan. There goes that apocolyptic theme again! I think it may be geopolitical in nature too. Afterall, Tony Blair is in it.

So I have 555 (information) and 666 (revelations? the devil?) The numbers were on a green bible. I peel them off and that crazy woman chases me with a weapon. I described it as an oval on a handle. It could represent feminine vs. masculine, or the Ankh. Then Tony Blair promises sex every day.

Strange. I'll have to think about it some more.

I had a dream with Tony Blair in it the other night too, I was some kind of aid and we went to a conference in a museum where the clerk charged Tony's bodyguard to get in. I was rearranging tables and chairs around where he was to speak so the public couldn't get near him.

He was actually on our street a week or so ago in waking life, visiting a children's home. I think that's why I was dreaming about him.

Actually, I do find him more attractive than our president Bush. And a bit more intelligent too.

I think that was an aspect that was quite appealing about Tony when he was first voted in. British Prime Ministers are usually crusty old biddies with no real apparent connection with modern society, but Tony Blair looked a bit different and seemed a lot sharper. He's not quite as dashing as James Bond, but he does have that quality about him compared to other Prime Ministers.
