Hi all, I am new here. I had a dream last night that i was driving down the road and as i looked to my right down a side street in the small town i live in, there was a majestic stag standing there. I had a feeling that i should tell my boyfriend who was driving, because it seemed so amazing. But we drove by too fast and i knew that it would be gone by the time we got back for him to see. so i never told him about the stag. I was just wondering what it meant. I don't usually remember my dreams so clearly and this one woke me up. It wasn't frustrating or sad feeling. it had a good feeling. Thanks for any help you can give.

The thing that stood out for me in the dream was the part where your boyfriend didn't see the stag because he was going too fast. Does "driving too fast" describe your relationship?

We have been together for over 4 years, so i don't think that we are "driving too fast" in our relationship.

So perhaps it was a dream that you needed, an escape from the ordinary humdrum of everyday life. You saw something magical and mystical and it was a good feeling. Stags run free and the dream made you feel free momentarily.

Perhaps a vacation is in order.
