Ok.....this one I have had the same dream similar before.....I am in this high rise building, night skies and I am looking out this huge window that goes from floor to ceiling. I am scared to death as I feel something is trying to get me. Out the window into the sky I see planes and flying saucers flashing colored lights and loud sirens---all aiming towards where I am. I know they are looking for someone and I think its me--scared very scared.....the aliens now are hundreds of feet tall and looking in the windows.....when I realize they are looking for the arrogant and stupid MAYOR of somewhere...I guess the city I am in and not looking for me....then I wake up. Obviously, we know mayor can be corrupt...but what is my role in this dream...

Sounds like my kind of dream, aliens and spaceships. I think with most dreams your role is central, even if it doesn't appear to be. They are there to sort things out in your head, so if it looks as if you aren't the center of attention it's done that way on purpose to help you realize something, the trick is finding out what.

Do you watch movies like this or play video games like this by the way? That might account for some of the scenery, but it doesn't change the meaning of course. I think it could be that you're worrying about something big that you feel is looming in the future, but your dream is trying to tell you that although you might be worried or scared, it's going to turn out be not nearly so bad for you after all. That's one idea anyway, what do you think?

Well....Demi.....thats interesting to me that you say that. Right now I am a worry wart....have been for the past year on finances and health----the health part is cause you never know and finances....well cause its been a hell of a year and trying to get on track. So--maybe its saying it will all work out. I have had a dream very similar to this one, but the mayor thing wasnt part of it...I think the aliens were really looking for me, but I cant remember the end, meaning if they were or not....but same scene.....
Do you have dreams like this? hahaha......I do not play video games or watch movies like this---so not sure where it came from. I do however believe in ghosts and spirits so not sure if that is a connection of any kind. What do you think. Also, if you dream about stuff like this as well.....do you feel your dream means the same thing or something different? Thanks for taking time to respond....very interesting!

I have dreams with similar scenery, spaceships. aliens and other planets et cetera. They aren't always out to get me, in fact I'm often the alien myself.

I am still laughing from reading your journal......these were dreams, yes? I mean, I truly believe that you can have visits to other locations/worlds/places and times---that happen in the form of a dream...in the sleeping stage....Those are crazy and continuous....that is what really suprised me. The John Travolta piece, was especially funny to me as I have dreamt about him as well and Sylvester Stallone.....no idea why, but each of them was a neighbor in a dream--but no real role other than that.
