Last night I had a dream about my friend who moved to Italy last year. I haven't heard from her since.

In my dream, we were in a school and we were all sitting on the floor. I heard my best friend's voice behind me so I turned around to greet her but the girl that moved away was sitting next to her. She was born with no hand on her right arm but in my dream, that wasn't the case. I guess she noticed me staring and she said "It almost looks real, doesn't it?" and gave me a big smile. Then I woke up.



I had another about my friends brother, who I am very close to. This one scared me. I don't remember the exact order of the events, but I remember most of it.

It was snowing and all I saw was a car go out of control and I remember seeing my friend's face. Then suddenly I was in school. The boy who's brother it was wasn't in school that day so when I got home I called him. He was crying and he told me his brother was killed in a car crash. The next thing I recall was being at his funeral. The casket was closed so I couldn't see him, but there was a picture on top.I thought about something he said to me a while before. I began to cry and then I woke up hysterical. I had actually cried in my sleep, unconsiously.


I don't know why I keep having these dreams about my friends but it's bothering me. What do you think these two dreams mean?

It's actually quite rare for dreams about death to actually be connected to death, unless someone close really has just died. They usually symbolize something coming to an end or changing dramatically, an event or period in your life.

It is possible there might be a connection with your friend going to Italy as that was a period of your life that came to an end, or at least changed a lot because she is no longer with you like she was before.
