Hi, I am new to the board so I hope I am doing this right I keep having dreams involving glass. 1st, it was about a cup that wouldn't hold water, 2nd there was shattered glass in my feet and no one would help me walk, 3rd I am forced to shower in a room made of glass walls, 4th i am carrying stacks of plates and drop them and I was scared they had broken, but they hadn't and most recently I dreamt I was eating a snow cone that turned out to be glass instead of ice. These have all occured in the last 3 weeks or so. It seems significant that I keep dreaming about glass, but why? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

It all depends on what's going on in your life really, sometimes dreams are very metaphorical and full of Clichés, such as illusions being shattered, or a relationship breaking up – or fearing that one of these might happen. There does seem to be a little bit of deception or illusion in your dream, which is often side by side with dreams about glass, mirrors, windows etc. Perhaps you are worried that you are being tricked or deceived, or that some part of your life may soon break?

Sounds like all those dreams have slightly different meanings. In general I think it's about instability. Either you yourself are feeling unstable, or there is something in your life that is fragile that you are trying hard to preserve.
