Hi,

About 13 years ago I stopped talking to my family, that is another subject, but what I need to get out needs to get out.

About 5 years ago, I had this God awful dream. I dreamt that I was walking in a dark forest with like a smoky haze, almost like you would see in those scary movies. Anyway, as I am walking I hear my name being called and someone screaming. As I got closer to the subject I could see something up ahead. So when I got to it, it was my older sisters head, popped up out of the ground staring at me and she was dead, her face grayish. I screamed so loud that I am now awake and I woke my husband up, he asked me what was wrong and I told him about the dream. He said that was a nightmare.

Now, last night I had a dream about my younger sister. It started out that I was with a man in my dream, it wasn't my husband and we were having fun running around it was snowing and the ice was frozen. Well as I turned my head to look the other way he said he was going to the ice. He started jumping on it and all of a sudden the man turned into my younger sister and she started walking into the icy frozen water. I screamed at her to get out and she said NO that everything is okay. Well she died, then all of a sudden, when I went to go fish her out of the water, it was the guy in my dreams that I had fallen in love with. I started screaming it woke me up this morning, I didn't scream like I did with the other dream. But I felt so devastated when I woke up.

What do these dreams mean, they are freaking me out?

The fact that you thought it necessary to mention that you stopped talking to your family, and that the dreams involved your sisters, makes it seem almost certain that these dreams involve whatever it is that made you stop talking to your familiy. If you try to avoid thinking or talking about something important in waking life, it's going to pop up in your dreams eventually.
