I AM REALLY FREAKIN OUT. I WAS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHY I AM HAVING THESE WEIRD NIGHTMARES. EACH ONE TELLS ME SOMETHING. THE FIRST WAS SOMETHING ABOUT A NIGHT LIGHT. THE SECOND TOLD ME TO CHECK ON MY SON AND THE THIRD BASICALLY WAS THAT SOMETHING TERRIBLE WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. ALL I CAN REALLY PLACE IN MY MIND IS THAT THESE ARE WARNIGS OF LIKE A FIRE. I AM SO SCARED. DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS? IT HAPPENS AS SOON AS I FALL ASLEEP AND EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS IN THE DREAM I END UP DOING IN REAL LIFE. LIKE CHANGING THE NIGHT LIGHT IN THE HALLWAY AND CHECKING ON MY SON, BUT THE TIME I CHECKED ON MY SON IN THE DREAM I COULD NOT GET TO HIM. WHEN I CHANGED THE NIGHTLIGHT SOME THING ABOUT IT WAS TERRIFING. I AM REALLY SCARED! MY SON IS ONLY 2. PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE THIS OUT.

The warnings of a fire are a common, legitimate concern.

Do you live in an old apartment building with tenants that smoke? Do you live in a mobile home? The chance for fire in these places is greater than most other dwellings.

Is your home child proof? Maybe covering up outlets will help alleviate some of your fears. Keep dangerous and flammable liquids away from him in a place he can't reach them.

If these things are not enough, can you rearrange the rooms and furnishings so his room is next to yours?
